navigation transmitter (with infrared) for digital train track
Fleischmann – 6832 – Navigation transmitter.
Intended for attachment to (for example) bogies as a transmitter. When the transmitter passes over a sensor mounted in the rails, feedback is sent to the digital Centre, e.g. The Twincenter or the Uhlenbrock Intellibox. A command can then be issued to the locomotive decoder.
If the locomotive is equipped with Lok-sound, for example, the steam whistle can be blown on a ‘an overtaking point’ or another digital function starts operating.
